Today I visited dealership for oil change and it's bad experience for the following reasons. A. Didn't gave the price upfront and it's partial B. Didn't given in time as the car was ready and lying mor experience for the following reasons. A. Didn't gave the price upfront and it's partial B. Didn't given in time as the car was ready and lying more than 1 hour but it was given back in 2 plus hour C. Dashboard wrench sign didn't go off after the service done which was required as it's meant for oil change only. D. I don't know the oil change done or not but I have been charged. E. Multi point inspection report was asked to provide then given. VERY POOR SERVICE More
