There’s not much communication when you need it, but if they need it they’ll spam your phone. It took a week for them to pull some wires apparently, and sending the truck to the body shop was discussed the they need it they’ll spam your phone. I had to stop by in person to actually get an estimate Wednesday since no response was given to prior inquiry, I was told hopefully Friday, Thursday my phone was spammed while I was working to do some urgent switch of the loaner I got which I assumed would be for the truck I’m waiting for, I couldn’t switch it til the following day, and lo and behold I got another loaner instead. Having been told the wiring had been taken out and that’s all I guess there was to show for the week, the body shop trip only being done that day. Not exactly pleased with that. More
