Quick and easy buying experience. The pre-owned car that we had pre-selected on line was ready and waiting for us when we arrived for our 11:00 appointment. The salesperson, Daisy The pre-owned car that we had pre-selected on line was ready and waiting for us when we arrived for our 11:00 appointment. The salesperson, Daisy, went with us to explain the features of the car as we took a test drive. The car was exactly what we were looking for! After working out the financial details, which included a trade-in, we were in the driveway with our "new to us" car. Everything was clearly explained and we left feeling that we had made a good and fair transaction. PS: We are returning to BMW of Salem due to, a large extent, our prior service relationship with Chris Wright. With Chris in charge of service we know that we will be well taken care of. More
