Kristina is an amazing sales women, she started by introducing herself and getting to know me. Afterwards we went back to her office where we discussed tge type of car I was looking to get. She was very patient and kind, as there are a lot to select from. We narrowed it down to 3 vehicles and went on a fun test drive. She was well versed and knowledgeable on each vehicle. Even the basic car or SUV...had more features than one really needs. She put be in a 2021 RX 350 and I fell in love immediately! Carlos Vallejo gave me some good advise, Adam Vassios worked a miracle to get me financed, whatta guy! Ramon Rodriguez cleaned and detailed the car and it was shimmering and shining! Ms. Dee Henderson put tge icing on the cake with a glittery red tumbler cup.
