The quality of service may look good but not Not happy. Called several times no return call. Finance person never provided financial documents. Call several times and visited still without documents. Was told one rate received another from bank. I guess they wanted sale and did not care about my interest rate since I was not told. Added warranty to my purchase at same time. To my dismay warranty book came in another persons name. Called several times no response visited dealership and was told it was corrected by manager. To date I have still not received corrected warranty book. Pretty sure it"s not a scam but man where is the customer service. I guess i will have to go back to dealership since they don't return calls. Perhaps after several visits I might come away with correct warranty book and my financial documents. By the way I was able to receive a very reasonable rate from my own bank thru a quick refinance. Looks are deceiving be careful at this dealership. More
