This is our 2nd vehicle purchased at this dealership. Mary remembered when she worked with us for a GX 460 that we were interested in new LX vehicle. She happened to be out of the dealership when the opportunity came to purchase, so Johnny stepped in. Johnny showed the same professionalism as Mary and was just as helpful and knowledgeable on the new vehicles. Johnny helped us along with Adam in the finance department. These two-2 gentlemen were thorough in getting all the paperwork and details prepared and sorted out; they got the trade in (tag, & title) switched over and they got us in/out of the dealership since we are not big fans of the "pomp and circumstance". Johnny took the time to set up the new Lexus app which was a challenge. He has followed up providing excellent customer service. More
