The sales consultant told us he could probably get us a rate nearly 1% less than 7.39% for a loan; however, the best they could offer me was 7.24%. I went into Kelley to finalize the paperwork, got the vehicle, and got halfway home. I got a call 20 minutes later from the dealership that some additional paperwork needed to be completed and it was THEIR error. Upon returning to the dealer, they didn't have all the paperwork that they had overlooked. Therefore I had to wait additional time until the form was printed. I am pleased with my car and the price I paid for it. However, the day of signing was less than desirable. More
