Everything went smoothly except for when I took my truck back to fix a few things. I told them my fuel filter needed changed the life was at 50ish%. Alec checked and told me it had never been changed and wa back to fix a few things. I told them my fuel filter needed changed the life was at 50ish%. Alec checked and told me it had never been changed and wanted to charge 175 bucks for a filter. I declined but when I got back to pick up my truck the filter life was reset but the filter was not changed. I didn't appreciate that. Sales side Andy and Adam did an amazing job of getting me the things I asked for and taking care of the deal. I felt very comfortable the whole time, not pushed at all. I will highly recommend the Kelley team to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

The sales consultant told us he could probably get us a rate nearly 1% less than 7.39% for a loan; however, the best they could offer me was 7.24%. I went into Kelley to finalize the paperwork, got the veh rate nearly 1% less than 7.39% for a loan; however, the best they could offer me was 7.24%. I went into Kelley to finalize the paperwork, got the vehicle, and got halfway home. I got a call 20 minutes later from the dealership that some additional paperwork needed to be completed and it was THEIR error. Upon returning to the dealer, they didn't have all the paperwork that they had overlooked. Therefore I had to wait additional time until the form was printed. I am pleased with my car and the price I paid for it. However, the day of signing was less than desirable. More
