First Time Car Purchase to Remember I had found the car I wanted to purchase through the website as the dealerships near me (1200 miles away) did not have the exact car I wanted. I reach I had found the car I wanted to purchase through the website as the dealerships near me (1200 miles away) did not have the exact car I wanted. I reached out to the salesman Adam and he confirmed the car was still there. You would think that they wouldn't have taken me seriously trying to purchase a car from out of state, but they still worked with me. I was a bit nervous about purchasing my first car without physically being there, but Adam's confidence and reassurance helped a bunch: Four days later, the car was being shipped to me. These guys were extremely timely in getting the papers drawn and working with me to make sure everything went smoothly. Their receptionist was also extremely polite even when I called back-to-back. Small things like that definitely puts Fitzgerald on my radar for recommendations to my family/friends in the area. Thanks Fitzgerald!! More

I appreciated the honesty and friendliness I felt the dealer was honest with me which I really appreciated. He cleared up a few things that I had been given incorrect data on by other dealers. And for that reason, I made the right choice on my lease and didn't fall into a trap of paying more money than was clear and upfront. I didn't feel I was being 'sold'. I felt like I was being cared for my needs. I felt relaxed and able to take the time to make the best choice rather than pressured into a higher lease. My experience I was very impressed with Fitzgerald Hyundai and my salesperson, Adam Yazback. I had owned a 2003 Hyundai Sonata, which I traded in. When it needed warranty work (very rarely)in the past, I had taken it to Fitzgerald service dept., and was impressed with them, as well. Love my new Tucson! My buying experience at Fitzgerald Hyundai From start to finish, I felt completely comfortable throughout my experience at the dealership. I was taken care of even before I stepped into the dealership. I was greeted by Adam Yazback who immediately put me at ease and never pushed or pressured anything on me throughout the time I was there. He really listened to what I was looking for and went out of his way to present all the options to me. He answered all my questions and was very open and honest with each one. He even brought up items I was not even aware of which clarified several things about the vehicle and warranty for me. Once I decided on which Elantra I wanted, Adam then took me to meet with Debbie Greene who was the finance officer. She too really listened to my concerns and made sure that I got the best deal and reasonable monthly payment for the vehicle. She was very personable and easy to work with and I walked and drove away very satisfied with the entire experience. I would definitely return to this dealership, even though I live a good distance away, because I felt very comfortable and confident in the purchase I made. By the way, I really LOVE the Elantra!!!! Out of all the cars I've owned, I enjoy driving this the most. More
