Previously that day, we had gone to several other dealerships looking for a car. Hyundai was on my short-list and no one could come close to my max budget. On the way home we decided to stop into Fitzgerald Clearwater Hyundai as our last resort after being burned out from the other dealerships. Adam asked if we were being helped and we said no. He was friendly, courteous and most of all – listen to what we were after. After we told him what we were after he research the inventory and the lighter color car we were after just sold. But he had us look at a black car (not my first choice), but it had a lot more than the other cars we looked at. Adam presented a price that was well in our budget, gave us a great deal on our trade-in and put a big smile on our faces after a long day. See, I had a used car, that was pretty much a lemon, and had been to dealership after dealership only to be turned away or to have me make the drive there for them to tell me that there was nothing they could do. So, I emailed Fitzgerald Clearwater Hyundai first and received an immediate response back from their Finance Director, Debbie Greene. She stated that if she couldn't help me, no one could. I had a good feeling about her and how she addressed all my concerns when I called her. I made an appointment for 10am this morning. Went in, met Debbie, and the Sales Associate, she had working with me, Adam. Between the two of them and several anxious hours later, I drove off the lot in a brand new 2014 Hyundai Sonata, with a payment I can afford! I have been smiling from ear to ear since I drove off the lot. I love my new car and I love that Debbie went above and beyond in finding a lender that would work with me and my situation. Adam was great in explaining everything about the car to me, helping me with the paperwork, etc. I am so grateful to have met such a great team! Adam spent a few hours with me on a Saturday, and simply educated me and gave me offers on possible leases. He never tried to push me or pressure me. I told him I had to think about everything. Two weeks later I called him up, he remembered exactly who I was and what I wanted. I told him over the phone the decision I made. By the time I got to the dealership he had everything ready to go. The exact car we looked at was sold within those two weeks, so he found one almost identical and made sure to still give me the price he quoted. I would work with Adam anytime I need a car, and recommend him to anyone who needs a car. In addition, Debbie made the signing process such a breeze. She told me what I needed to know, and got me out of there quickly. It was a genuinely fantastic experience. More

Debbie put an amazing deal together for me that literally had me hugging her by the end of my visit! And Adam patiently walked me through the ins and outs of each vehicle I wanted to look at. He gave me all the info I requested and more so that I could make an informed decision. Not once did I ever feel like I was being "sold".
