The torque converter on my new CR-V was defective. Trevor isolated the problem and Beka was in contact with Honda in California to expedite the correction. I mentioned this to Beka. the Service Mansger. and she gave me her direct line.The bolt issue also was corrected and they calmed a very stressful situation.
