I’ve loved coming to Atlantic Honda for my leases and have been a loyal customer for about 14 years. They always work with me, and I truly appreciate that. While I wish my payments would go down instead of up, I know part of that is on me due to mileage.
We worked with Angel for many years and he will definitely be missed. He recommended Arrod, who handled our current lease, and I have to say he is awesome. He’s not pushy at all and really takes the time to understand your needs, which makes the process so much better.
I do love my new CR-V, but I’m disappointed that Honda removed SiriusXM. Not being able to use it directly through the car anymore is frustrating. Even though I have the app, I can’t change stations using the steering wheel or screen the same way, which means I have to look down more—something that can be distracting and unsafe. I really hope Honda brings this feature back.
I am also a bit disappointed with the fact that they took away the free oil changes and only give one. That was a nice perk.
Coming from a Passport Sport, I admit I was spoiled. I miss features like the automatic trunk, and it does feel like a downgrade even though I’m paying more for the CR-V. Hopefully next time I’ll be able to move up to the next model.
That said, I am never disappointed with Atlantic Honda or their staff. They consistently provide great service, and that’s why I keep coming back.
