The problem wasn’t that I didn’t love the vehicle — unfortunately, the front seats were poorly designed for me and were causing significant tailbone pain. The dealership was extremely understanding and accommodating, and they worked with me to switch into something comparable that was much more comfortable. Their customer service and willingness to make things right truly exceeded my expectations. Told me they got my trade in price but when I got there it wasn’t the price we agreed on. They told me with the tax savings it came to my price. That was shady.
