Both times I’ve purchased vehicles at Atlantic Honda, I’ve left feeling incredibly pleased. All the employees are extremely professional, respectful, courteous, patient, and kind. Both times I’ve purchased vehicles here, they were able to match the lowest price I was offered at other dealerships and throw in some extras. What really stood out was how they handled an issue I had with my new lease vehicle after I took it home. The problem wasn’t that I didn’t love the vehicle — unfortunately, the front seats were poorly designed for me and were causing significant tailbone pain. The dealership was extremely understanding and accommodating, and they worked with me to switch into something comparable that was much more comfortable. Their customer service and willingness to make things right truly exceeded my expectations. I really appreciate all their help and would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a dealership that genuinely cares about their customers. More
