The best part was that she really made sure I was comfortable with my payment and down-payment options. I went to see Eric the finance manager next and was equally impressed. Together, they made my car buying experience less stressful. I don't like pushy salesmen or obnoxious finance managers that make you feel like you have to beg for a reasonable payment.
