The lack of empathy is overwhelming and scaring. They even LOST my drivers license. Up until this moment, they haven’t returned to me. They can’t find it anywhere, and claim they’re still searching for it. Ynaru Luis Camila Are the ones I talked to. They even had the audacity to tell me: “ Just go and get another one at the DMV”
