National recall, they oder the parts they the Vin and at the time of the appointment they used the part on another car. So, they waited 5 hrs of what they said it was for inspection, 3 weeks laterI made an the time of the appointment they used the part on another car. They broke 2 grommet on the door now I have a 4mil gap they said it was ok..they are treat you like you are stupid. Would not recommend More

Everyone was pleasant and they brought me almost the same offer that another dealership gave me but Hollywood Toyota brought it to me first in only about 10 minutes. The other dealership took almost three offer that another dealership gave me but Hollywood Toyota brought it to me first in only about 10 minutes. The other dealership took almost three hours after 3 or 4 trips to their manager!! We were happy with Hollywood Toyota. More
