If you're planning to buy a car, ask for Samir—he will give you the best experience possible. He's honest, straightforward, incredibly friendly, and an excellent communicator. Samir took the time to expla give you the best experience possible. He's honest, straightforward, incredibly friendly, and an excellent communicator. Samir took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. He's extremely knowledgeable and had answers to all of my technical questions about today’s high-tech cars, which truly impressed me. Frank, the finance manager, was also a pleasure to work with. He was very welcoming and patient, even waiting for me to finish a call with my insurance company. When I needed to add my wife to the car registration, he had no problem restarting the process and handled everything with a smile. When it came to reviewing the numbers and optional add-on products, everything was explained clearly and thoroughly—with absolutely no pressure. That made it much easier to make a well-informed and confident decision. Both Samir and Frank went above and beyond to make this car-buying experience the best we've ever had—by far. Highly recommended! "I rarely write reviews, but I felt they truly deserved the recognition." More
