I took my 15 ram 1500 for an oil change and tuneup which I payed around $1,400 dollars and 2 days later I start hearing a tik come from engine, I decided to check my engine oil underneath because i use to d I payed around $1,400 dollars and 2 days later I start hearing a tik come from engine, I decided to check my engine oil underneath because i use to do my oil changes back in the day. I noticed my drain plug was stripped and my oil was really black. scheduled another appointment and ended up getting Juan a service advisor who had horrible attitude after I told him about situation and how they didnt mark the drain plug like they always do. there was no type of sympathy or apology very rude and interrupted me as I was telling him what had happend I also I tried asking for a refund and all I get back from him is "we don't do refunds, to make you feel better we can re-do your oil change for you if you want" like really? Anyway horrible service and I would probably never go back to service department there ever again More
