The absolute best car buying experience I have ever had!!! My wife needed a newer car due to high mileage, etc. We had bought 2 new cars from the dealership in the past and went back to them for a nice certifi My wife needed a newer car due to high mileage, etc. We had bought 2 new cars from the dealership in the past and went back to them for a nice certified used vehicle. Mr. Moncrief was our associate thru out the process. He was very professional, down to earth, and was a very good calming influence to have standing by...lol. It was a pleasure working with him and when the deal was done, he took the time to explain and show my wife all of the whistles and bells on her new vehicle and how to work them. (I probably need to send him a sympathy card for what he undoubtedly endured during this process) hahahaha I will highly recommend the dealership and Mr. Moncrief to my friends who may be in the marked for any transportation needs. Mr. Turner, your video was greatly appreciated. Nothing like a personal touch to any transaction. More
