You need to revamp the way you pay your sales people! I bought a santa fe sel, the very next day I took some stuff to John in financial. I told him that I had a couple things I needed explained about the car. He took me up front and asked the sales people if they would help me! None stepped forward and they started arguing about their place in line!! There was no one on the lot looking at cars! I said “ if its too much trouble Id ask someone else! Very poor service!!! I wont recommend tAllen Turner until there is better service! The GM called me later and I told him about it! If it wasnt for Morgan in service dept treating me and my girl friend like we should get treated Id go elsewhere for service. My girlfriend bought a Kona last year and Morgan answers every question she has. Chris Singleton was my salesman but was off that day. There are hybrid systems combining base salaries or hourly pay with volume based tiered flat bonuses, customer satisfaction scores, and bonuses tied to fiance and digital product sales.
