Mr. Moncrief was our associate thru out the process. He was very professional, down to earth, and was a very good calming influence to have standing by...lol. It was a pleasure working with him and when the deal was done, he took the time to explain and show my wife all of the whistles and bells on her new vehicle and how to work them.
