Mr. Moncrief was our associate thru out the process. He was very professional, down to earth, and was a very good calming influence to have standing by...lol. It was a pleasure working with him and when the deal was done, he took the time to explain and show my wife all of the whistles and bells on her new vehicle and how to work them. (I probably need to send him a sympathy card for what he undoubtedly endured during this process) hahahaha I will highly recommend the dealership and Mr. Moncrief to my friends who may be in the marked for any transportation needs. Adonis Moncrief was professional, and he did his job. We told him what we needed; he presented it to the manager and called us. It was an hour's drive to the dealership; it was time well spent. Other than needing to wait because they were busy, everything was completed in less than a half an hour after we reached the dealership. In 45 years, this is by far the best buying experience we have ever had. Obviously the dealership plays a huge part in this experience; however, we believe the sales agent is the biggest part. Adonis did a superb job for us. We will buy from this dealership and sales agent again! We highly recommend! As a side note, John in financing was efficient and professional. He answered our questions, explained his answers, and provided us an avenue to make informed decisions on upgrades in warranties and gap insurance. Thank you! More
