My experience started out great, I was hesitant, we fought over the price and came to a deal. They did not deliver when they said the vehicle had some features. We went back and tried to figure out if there was an issue. That feature was not there, even though on the invoice it was shown to say it had that feature. A simple "Hey we can fix that up, that's our mistake" would have kept the vehicle in my ownership. Unfortunately they tried to buy me out or we could rescind the deal. We rescinded the deal. It was not worth the hassle of doing it myself when it was a mistake on their part that could easily been fixed. Or if they could not have fixed the problem, they could have given me a reason why. So we rescinded the deal and went and sought better service elsewhere. And got a new vehicle down the road and purchased their warranty More

I was not prepared to buy a vehicle that day. But, I decided to go take a look at the inventory it was a done deal. Mr. Adonis and Mr. Ali were superb in all of their explanations of the car, t But, I decided to go take a look at the inventory it was a done deal. Adonis was our original sales man at the used car lot. He was argumentative and condescending to my wife multiple times. I could also hear him talking negatively about us to the car trade in appraiser. Luckily this is where the business manager stepped in and completed the paperwork for us. More
