There were 4 times in a row I was given a time my truck would be ready and each time was incorrect. I also sat waiting on paperwork for almost 3 hours when I had specifically planned with them the day befo would be ready and each time was incorrect. I'm in my late 50's & owned 9 vehicles since the mid-80's if you include my wife's cars; we've only bought new 1-time before back in 1999. We tend to buy 1 or 2 yr old vehicles always trying to save $. We al if you include my wife's cars; we've only bought new 1-time before back in 1999. We tend to buy 1 or 2 yr old vehicles always trying to save $. We also keep our vehicles a long time. A few examples: 1987 Isuzu Trooper 18?K, '93 Landcruiser 285K, Tacoma 191K, FJCruiser 161K, wife's much loved Coralla 214K (lost in accident). This was a big purchase for us; NEW. We worked with Bob Salinas and it was a great experience. We are slow to move on large purchases because $ is always a concern. What we need, want, and can afford won't/don't necessarily align. After Bob learned more about our needs, he worked with us so that we'd understand the right tool for the right job. I'm sure he'd love to have sold us a King Ranch or Lariat but that didn't fit our bill and he understood that. We needed a truck capable of pulling a trailer, but it was a bit outside of a F150 ratings. He took the time to show us tools that Ford has available which helped us know which truck would be capable of pulling the loaded trailer while also not outside of it's specs. The right tool for the job! What I appreciate is after meeting him for the 2nd time; all he said was "I hope that I've given you enough information to make a good decision." That was it; I expected to get bombarded by text and emails but we didn't. He checked in occasionally but didn't pressure us. I believe it was a 3 month span for us to buy. Finally, I thought we found our truck. Right tool for the right job. I showed up a couple of days later but someone else was in the process of purchasing. That buyer ultimately stepped up to a higher trim line model or maybe even a better tool for his job. Bob gave us a holler and said, "lady luck must be smiling on you. It's here if you're still interested." We worked with the team there and it was a great experience. Thank you Bob, Frank C. , Adrian B., Jeff P., and Charles M. I also want to give a special thanks to Bob, Charles, and Jeff for working with me late and I mean it was almost closing time but they moved the process along real quick like. Thanks again to Jeff P for showing me all the features of this truck. More
