I went to the ford dealership looking to order a new vehicle for my business. I didn’t know where to go but I ended up at the certified used vehicle department. I was approached by what I believe was a vehicle for my business. I didn’t know where to go but I ended up at the certified used vehicle department. I was approached by what I believe was a supervisor there. He asked if I needed help and I told him “I want to order a new vehicle”. He then asked someone if they can walk me over to the new car dealership area, the employee he asked said “no, I’m not walking over there”. I then walked over to the new cars slightly lost and was pretty close to just leaving and going somewhere else. I was still not being helped after being at the new car area . I walked inside and still no help. When Adrian looked up and noticed me he quickly approached me and asked if I needed help. He was polite and answered all my questions. Even throughout the process he kept me updated on the cars progress. I will forever go to Adrian as long as he’s with ford. Thanks Adrian! More
