The car I bought had an issue with the gas cap door that I didn’t know about and no one told me about. They sent me off with a half tank of gas, which I didn’t notice until I was on the road home, assuming I didn’t know about and no one told me about. When I was an hour from home I was almost out of fuel. I stopped to get some and couldn’t get the fuel door open. I had a toddler with me and we were an hour from home with no way of fueling up the vehicle and we were almost stranded. When testing out a vehicle, I don’t usually check the fuel door to make sure it opens- but it seems like the dealer knew it wouldn’t open and that’s why they didn’t put fuel in it. When I called my salesmen, he didn’t apologize he just avoided it and said he’d transfer me to finance to see if it would be covered in the extended warranty that I bought. It took my husband calling and talking to someone else before they offered to fix the vehicle and take care of it. The salesman also told me the window tints were legal, I get to my home state and it is illegal to have a tinted windshield. After I point blank asked. It’s not all negative. I do love the car I bought, the place is very friendly and kid friendly, it’s nice that they have a charging station for devices while you wait and there’s a cafe for food. It’s very clean and they work efficiently. I just had a bad experience the one time I was there. More

You do not force someone to run there credit before you will even let them test drive a vehicle. Especially when they have cash in hand. You do not argue with customers, you are a horrible salesman! These guys do not even dress nice or act professional.... Do not buy a car from them. And Adrain you can take your sunglasses off when the suns not out. More
