Everyone was very nice but they added over $8,000 to the advertised price. That was a huge deal breaker. I would not buy from them, not being upfront about adding $8,000 to the purchase price was deceptive advertised price. That was a huge deal breaker. Horrible customer service. Car was priced reasonably online and after repeatedly having to ask for an out the door price was told the actual price was 10k more than what was li Car was priced reasonably online and after repeatedly having to ask for an out the door price was told the actual price was 10k more than what was listed. Manager tried to explain that this is the only way for his dealership to survive. Avoid this dealership at all costs as not only was the manager unhelpful but the entire sales team is subpar. Was told by one associate that there is no reason to talk to a manager when discussing a price and then another associate told me that if I called saying I was from a different state then they would offer an out the door price. It’s a shame that places like this exist with the sole purpose of having a low advertised price to get people in the door only to tell them the actual price is much higher than what was listed. Extremely unprofessional as well to have the sales associate in the background of the phone call commenting on the conversation while I was on the phone with the manager. Overall a horrible experience and I hope that others can learn from this review to not give this dealership any business. More

Well let’s just start by saying this was a complete bait and switch operation. Vehicles are advertised approximately 10,000 dollars below market price. Then when you arrive and agree to purchase.Your pushed and switch operation. Vehicles are advertised approximately 10,000 dollars below market price. Then when you arrive and agree to purchase.Your pushed into purchasing extended warranties, LoJack and car wash subscriptions that you basically can’t decline. Not without a fight. All vehicles have no warranty and they strongly “suggest”purchasing their warranty. Due to the vehicles being from Canada. After accepting the unusual practices of this dealership, I purchased the vehicle. 45 days later my temp registration is set to expire and the only way I was able to resolve it was by placing a complaint to DMV. After getting the DMV involved, I was promised delivery of my permanent registration overnight. The day before it was set to expire. Nothing arrived. Empty promises and questionable pricing is what to expect here. The vehicle is great! The dealership practices is a different story. More
