I have been a Honda fit several years however I had always gone to a different dealership. I decided to do a search online and Adrian responded to my inquiry. I spoke to him for about 15 mins over the phone and he immediately made me feel comfortable and confident that he could help me. I went in test drove the vehicle and he explained everything about the vehicle. There was no back and forth, no negotiating, no stress it was great and I left in my new vehicle that day with the payments I wanted. I will now be a Gunn Honda family member for life. More

The minute he shook my hand the vibe was just different (in a good way). He was to the point and very honest and throural right from the start. I was there for only an hour and a half and in that time had a price, test drove the car and was ready to go. Words just cannot express how pleased I was with my rep. I will in the future buy from this man again. Then my finance advisor Adrian Elizondo went over and above to help me get the lowest interest with my bank and he surpassed my expectations. Just like his co-worker Adrian he was very throural and not pushy not one bit when it came time to sign paperwork. Anyone looking to buy a car make sure to ask for the Adrian's. More

Based on my positive experience with the sales rep, Adrian Garza, and the Gunn Honda I live in Austin and bought a mini-van from Gunn in San Antonio. Based on my positive experience with the sales rep, Adrian Garza, and the Gunn Honda dealership, I would strongly recommend others to visit Gunn for their next purchase. Majority of the work was performed via the internet and I spent only 1.5hrs at the dealership for the signing of the paperwork and test-drive. I had to go back to the dealership for window tinting and experienced their service department (service rep: Sandy?). Let's put it this way, if I live in San Antonio I would be going to their service departments for all my maintenance work. They had all the paperwork done prior and the actual work was extremely fast. I spent less time at the service department than driving to it. More

Adrian Garza, my internet sales consultant, helped me buy a new car and was a tremendous advocate for getting me a good car loan. I was in a little bit of disbelief when I drove my new Honda off the lot since I’d been so uncertain about getting a loan owing to a difficult financial past. Not only did Adrian help me buy a new car, but he also helped me realize a more hopeful financial future. I’m grateful and I love my new Honda. Of course, once you’ve driven a Honda, you can’t go back to driving anything else! More

We had never experienced a car accident nor the red tape which occurs afterwards. Well both Adrian and Zach were extremely helpful in not only purchasing a new vehicle but assisting us with wrapping up all the difficulties of our previous vehicle. The vehicle my husband chose was not located at the Gunn dealership where Adrian was located at, however because he knew what we wanted, he went to pick up the vehicle and have it ready for our designated time of arrival. Adrian was very up front about pricing, truck details, warranty, and overall services from Gunn. He made us very comfortable and we felt we could trust him. These characteristics are what convinced us that purchasing at Gunn was the right choice. Zach was extremely helpful as well, assisting us in negotiating the right finance deal for us. When we went to finalize our purchase I was on my lunch break and both Adrian and Zach respected my time and got us taken care of quickly and most importantly accurately! This was our first purchase at Gunn and we will most definitely purchase again!
