We went into his office I told him exactly what I wanted, he plugged in the info and printed out the spec sheet for me to take home and talk with hubby. Went back in the next day to order. Everything was very quick and easy. When it came time to do the paperwork, I think it ght it would be 2 to 3 hours. They knew I didn't want to do that, I am a caregiver to my husband, and can't be gone too long. I was out of there in just over 1 hour! They did not skimp on explaining, we just went kinda fast! They were fabulous!
