Instead of addressing my concerns, they ghosted me and stopped responding. I eventually had to have my husband take over just to get someone to take me seriously. Little did they know, my dad is a mechanic, so I wasn’t asking questions without reason. Customers deserve honest answers, clear communication, and respect when questioning unexpected charges regardless of gender. Unfortunately, this experience left me extremely disappointed with Santa Fe Toyota’s service department.
