I had to wait almost a week to get a new title for the car I was trading in and he was more than understanding and was never rude or seemed irritated with the process at all. I was also extremely impressed with the finance department, Brittany called almost two weeks later letting me know she noticed an insurance mistake and they already corrected it and set up the correct charges and a check was on the way to my bank. Great experience and it showed a lot about the character of the employees that work here! More

The internet sales department has been very friendly and helpful but not obtrusive. When pricing around New Mexico and El Paso Toyota dealerships, LHM Toyota in Albuquerque has had the best pricing. Adrian Monsanto was our recent internet salesperson and he was awesome! Highly recommend both their service department and their internet sales department!!! More
