Outstanding Service and Team Work Making Wishes Come True I am truly beyond words how the team at Blue Mountain Crysler Collingwood worked so quickly and diligently to turn a terrible situation into a person' I am truly beyond words how the team at Blue Mountain Crysler Collingwood worked so quickly and diligently to turn a terrible situation into a person's wish come true . My situation - Bought a vehicle at another near by dealership only to find out 7 months into the contract the vehicle was going to cost thousands in repairs that were beyond my control, also not natural "wear and tear" and the vehicle was out of manufacturers warranty. I was not knowledgeable until recently from Blue Mountain Crysler that purchasing vehicle extended warranty was ESSENTIAL . Moving forward, the near by dealership wanted no part of honoring the issues and offering a direction of repair or next steps . Not knowing where to turn next, another satisfied Blue Mountain Crysler customer directed me to take it to my closest certified Jeep dealer (Blue Mountain Crysler Collingwood). During the initial inspection it was quickly noted there was substantial concerns. I was assured not only could they fix this vehicle but they jumped hoops and EVEN did better! The team put me into a New to me 2019 Pick up Truck with 4x4 I am so thankful and joyful for everyone of the individuals who assisted that day . Adrian Sembay was very through in the inspection and coming up with plan of action . Shari Mckilligan was the amazing sales lady who approached me during my wait for inspection , she blossomed this situation into a wish with reality . Jamie Baverstock , I have known for many years and I have many great things to say about him . Jamie overseen the sale and ensured I was happy throughout the entire process . Andrew Morrison , You simply know how to make wishes come true . Thank you to all of you ! More

Issues with tracking and steering of 2020 jeep gladiator When I took the jeep in for tracking and steering issues I was told it was test driven and that it was in speck. The warranty work was completed in a timely manner. But I ask for a cost on a tranny service and was told its life time fluid. Lacking in many areas while making customer unhappy Where do I start. 1) got a full rust protect treatment. Was told I would never need to look back. Two full trim pieces full length of car fall off be Where do I start. 1) got a full rust protect treatment. Was told I would never need to look back. Two full trim pieces full length of car fall off because of rust. They offered nothing! Not even to install back under warranty or cost? Wth. 2) My personal mechanic says both rear wheel bearings need replaced. I take care to these guys for warranty and they say only is bad. On drive home other one still sounds bad. Week later go back and low and behold other one needs done but now have to pay deductible again. 3) second wheel bearing done and they charge for all lug nuts replaced because they were seized. Well that's because they either put them on too tight the week earlier or bad bearing? 4) wheel squeaking on way home after bearing done. And a balancing weight falls off in driveway. Called for appointment a d get a call not taking any blame and only blaming bad parts on breaks (because not done buy them) really?? 5) During the front wheel bearing replacement someine hit fender and a very large 3 inch x 2 inch chunk of paint chipped off. I sent photo and was told it had rust under it because it showed in pic. Surface rust will show up on rotors on your car in 24 hours.. Same thing. 6) booking appointments needs work when it comes to passing along inormation and listening to customer Nothing but reasons other than their fault. I will never buy or get service at this business again and would not recommend them at all. P. S. There are some very good people that work here and this not directed at them. More
