Took me around to see what they had, using what we had discussed to point out features I was looking for. Debating between 2 vehicles on the lot, he worked with me to help me realize the best choice. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly. Heather K. in the finance department made the loan / paperwork process a breeze. Angel to time to explain the various features to help me start enjoying my new truck on the way home. I highly recommend Dell Toyota. More

You never feel like a business transaction with Adrian. You feel like family. Thank you for that.. Ken Tran is an example of the failure of dealership. The closing of a great experience is crucial. You turn it over to a man like ken who clearly has his focus on profit. Will leave a poor taste in memory. Ken fueled me with false and bad information to try to pressure me into a poor decision. I was able to avoid his poor tactics only recognizing his eagerness to push deals on me. My advice is coaching him instead of unleashing him to customers. More

My only complaint is a noise from my car which I heard before I bought it and the car was under wholesale so I can’t complain.
