Zach Irwin was my service adviser and kept me updated during the process of tire replacement via warranty.He kept me updated during duration of that process and was truly patient even though I was not.In during the process of tire replacement via warranty.He kept me updated during duration of that process and was truly patient even though I was not.In hindsight I understand these things take time.I will say that lack of patience came with thinking Infiniti a luxury branded company would partner with a company that would embrace this concept.Truly happy to have Zach work this out for me!
