Asked the service writer a question about a technical bulletin that applies to my truck, he was unaware and said he’d get back with me, he did not. Asked what was the recommended scheduled service based on mileage. He told me injector cleaner And top end service was recommended, which I agree to and paid for. I later checked and found this is not recommended service, but an add-on that was not part of Ford’s scheduled maintenance. I paid for something I didn’t want or needed.
