Prices can’t be beat; however, customer service has been very disappointing. Multiple phone calls have gone unanswered and were never returned. The car was given to me without an inspection, without the new very disappointing. Multiple phone calls have gone unanswered and were never returned. The car was given to me without an inspection, without the new tires that were promised, with very little gas, and it was not registered. I am also still missing the trunk lid. We were told in January that a new one would be provided, and it is now May with no resolution. They have not returned calls regarding this issue. I While the pricing was great, the lack of follow-through and communication has made this a frustrating experience. More

Sales staff were extremely professional and friendly. They worked their tail off to get me into the right truck, an F350 XLT. Lauren, my salesperson, Brian the sales manager and Katie in finance all were outstanding. The delivery of the truck left a lot to be desired. First, the truck had enough gas in it to only go about 20 miles and I live 36 miles away. I had to buy my own tank of gas. Now to be fair they’re going to reimburse me. Secondly, my front tires were 20 pounds low and my rear tires were 35 pounds low. Again, unacceptable. Finally, no one show d me the features of the truck or connect the onboard modem to my ford pass app. I knew how to do that and how everything in the truck works but they didn’t know that. And again, in fairness, they were short on staff that day and the big storm was due to hit at anytime so they were trying to get done so they could close up and beat the storm. Would I be there again or recommend them to someone else?? Yes, I would. I’m hopefully that my experience at delivery was an isolated incident. Chuck Matheson More

I had an excellent experience at Bayside Ford. I showed up 30 minutes prior to sales opening and my salesman Henry was already in the office and eager to help. Henry made the entire process straight forward and easy. The sales manager, Danny, was very helpful and easy to work with before, during, and after my purchase. Mike in the finance office was awesome as well. My experience with Samantha in the service department has been excellent. I would recommend Bayside Ford to anyone looking to buy a vehicle from a honest and helpful dealership. More

Once the vehicle arrived, the staff has been non-existent. The vehicle was not clean, windows foggy, plastic on placards in the seats, floor mat on rear seat, not the floor, scratch on the rear non-existent. The vehicle was not clean, windows foggy, plastic on placards in the seats, floor mat on rear seat, not the floor, scratch on the rear of the truck, no dealer installed items listed on the window with the vehicle, given incorrect information about what items are included in one of the packages. Terrible communication without any follow through. Over 3 weeks after delivery, still waiting for accessories. I have zero idea what the status is since no one will follow up. I Have left messages and/or spoken with the sales person, sales manager and general manager, no response. I have had two other poor experiences with the service department with my other Ford vehicle. I will not work with this dealer ever again, nor will I recommend them to anyone I know. More
