Poor communication. Don't call with updates as promised. Service fees are unclear, seem purposely misleading. Lots of credit given for willingness to make things right. Pleasant overall experience. No pressure here. Jacob greeted me on the lot and talked through several of the vehicles I was looking at. While I didn't make a purchase it was nice to have a no pressure e greeted me on the lot and talked through several of the vehicles I was looking at. While I didn't make a purchase it was nice to have a no pressure experience while having my vehicle serviced by the wonderful service department. Will definitely hit up Jacob when looking to pull the trigger on a new car. More
