This was my first time shopping outside of the generic Big dealership. I have to say this experience surpassed my expectations on all grounds. Customer service was amazing. Eric Taylor was also very helpful Initiating the first interaction when I reached out to inquire about the vehicle that I ended up purchasing. Initially, the vehicle had a few cosmetic blemishes that I hadn’t noticed until seeing it in person. They worked with me to get these items taken care of. Really went above and beyond! The vehicle otherwise was in great shape, and an outstanding value. I was impressed with their commitment to do the right thing and see it through. I have bought quite a few cars in the past 24 years, new and used, this dealership by far was the best experience I have had. Excellent customer service and very fair, something that seems to be less and less common. More
