Agnes is very knowledgeable, friendly, accomodating, etc and was very helpful with linking up our needs with the car we purchased. Everyone at this dealership works hard, cooperates with each other, respects each other, respects the customers needs etc plus they are all the way around fair on everyhting from top to bottom(porters to salespeople to management etc) which you do not see in todays dealerships. They are truly great people and accomodated our mother who just got ouf of surgery and compasionate as the hospital workers in the hospital which never ever happens at a car dealership today. This is a reflection of Perry also who sets the tone, so to speak, for the entire dealership from top to bottom which you never see at other dealerships today. The buying experience here is actually a good fun time and you almost forget about the actual car itself since everything seems to run like a well tuned machine and all the back up to make sure it keeps on running.This was our second car purchase and we will be back for more!Thank you Agnes and Perry and everyone in-between-including Nathan in the financial departmen, porters, mechanics, Keith up front when you come in and leave who we first met when we picked up the car-that made this a fun and great day!! So I needed a 2nd car to add to my new Mini JCW to keep the miles off of it and be used as a work mileage car and Perry (the GM) called me and said the Lexus LS 430 that he had mentioned a couple weeks bac the miles off of it and be used as a work mileage car and Perry (the GM) called me and said the Lexus LS 430 that he had mentioned a couple weeks back was there and ready! I was them paired with the fabulous Agnes (in sales) and we drove the car and I said yes to the deal!! I can tell you that I was treated like someone who was buying a 300k Aston Martin buying the cheapest car on the lot. The Lexus might be old but was in top tier condition and perfect for what I need it for. It's in the right home for may years to come alongside my Mini. I really appreciate the same experience weather buying an old Lexus or a new Aston or Maserati, that is how it should always be and what sets fantastic apart from basic. Thank you all for the seamless process and changing how people see dealers and setting the bar for how it should always be. More

I would have loved to own an F-Type, but at 6'-4" 250 lbs. it's a tight fit. Anyway, I knew I wanted an XKR and was willing to wait until I found the right one. When I saw the white 2014 XKR with only 27k miles I knew I had to jump on it. The buying process was painless and shipping from Chicago to Maryland was arranged and the car arrived without issue. I highly recommend buying from Agnes! More
