Went in for general service Called and scheduled service including checking on a Brake Ware light. Got to shop 10 min early. The dude said - well if you have a break problem, t Called and scheduled service including checking on a Brake Ware light. Got to shop 10 min early. The dude said - well if you have a break problem, the car must stay overnight! Drove 30 miles to your shop and had made no arrangements to leave the car. Told them to do other work. Checked on the car 1.5 hrs later - it had not moved. They said a couple more cars ahead of me. I could not wait - left with no service or concern about a possible Brake problem. I am now using Serria services. I will not be back for new purchase or service. Dave Klug More
