High Quality Customer Service I bought a 2007 Tundra from Chris McIntyre. He was a great/easy salesman to work with. Also, had a great experience with a sales manager whom at his request did not want to be mentioned on this. Ahmed Al-Jallad was very friendly to work with and a great sense of humor! After I bought the truck, I had a huge issue with it. Even though it was on the ford lot and I bought it through Chevy... Chevy fixed it with no hesitation. Had me pick a loner vehicle off the lot. Pictures/emails of progress from a Great Service Manager Chuck (Chevy service), and Timothy Fenner, along with Sean, and Britney. Mainly dealing with Chuck, Tim, and Sean.... Great crew! We went to his desk and we went over numbers and what I could afford. He also showed me a few options. Then I met the Finance Manager Ahmad Al-Jallad. He was a great guy. My salesperson, Chris "Mac" McIntyre was quite personable and a pleasure to deal with. Chris "Mac," as well as the business manager and the sales manager were all very accommodating and went beyond the normal scope of business to make sure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase. Initially, I purchased a vehicle which I thought I wanted, but it didn't quite meet all of my needs. The next day they allowed me to return that vehicle and set me up with another vehicle which was better suited for me. This display of exemplary customer service is why I would highly recommend Chris "Mac" and Imperial Chevrolet to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle!!!!!! More

The sales I have been purchasing cars and trucks for the past 38 years and haven't found a more honest and trustworthy dealer than Imperial Chevrolet. The sales team doesn't pressure you to buy what they want to sell you, show you what you are interested in buying. They are very knowledgeable about the products they represent work with you on payment options. The service department handles your vehicle as if it was their own. If a repair is needed, they fix it right the first time at a fair price. Routine maintenance is preformed quickly and with a smile. Jess is my favorite! She always works around my schedule and get my vehicle serviced quickly. She is awesome! Most of the staff knows me by name now, so i feel very comfortable when visiting them. Over the years, I have brought many of my friends and family to Imperial to look at cars, and all of them are now Imperial customers. Mike More

Making it Happen Scott is a first-rate salesman; he met every one of my requirements to purchase the vehicle. Car-buying is arguably the second-most stressful purchas Scott is a first-rate salesman; he met every one of my requirements to purchase the vehicle. Car-buying is arguably the second-most stressful purchase of your career, and I'm glad I had that experience with Scott and his team at Imperial Chevrolet! Scott knew the car - I had been studying the impala for a year, and he still let me in on a few additional features. He also pointed out some of the features I'll have to be cautious of, such as 20" wheels in New England! So he offered me the solution: He recommended I shop around for 18" wheels and tires, told me the ballpark for the cost, and even showed me the picture of his impala with them on! After all the excitement of running through what I was buying, Scott introduced me to Ahmad, to work through financing. My experience with Ahmad was also first-rate. He was respective of my privacy, yet, very candid about the process of financing. In short, I felt in control, comfortable, and respected...because of this, I would recommend the team at Imperial Chevrolet to anyone. Thanks, again, guys! More

I can not thank you two enough Scott Bregnard Jr. and Ahmad One of the biggest mistakes I have ever made was buying a 2012 Ford Focus and I'll tell you why. 1. It is not a car that I found to be appealing visua One of the biggest mistakes I have ever made was buying a 2012 Ford Focus and I'll tell you why. 1. It is not a car that I found to be appealing visually 2. I did not like what my payments were going to be and 3. it ended up being the biggest headache for the past 3.5 years. I was out with some friends from work one night when i met Scott and we hit it off right away. I'm not an easy sell when it comes to friendships or even just spending time with people in general but he won me over and here's why; he is a down to earth, no xxxxxxxx, helpful guy. That night we got on the topic of cars and I was complaining about my car essentially sharing my headache with him... now that I think about it that wasn't very nice to do to him on his day off. He was all about it came in my car we went for a ride to his in the parking lot and he said don't worry about it you can come in and see my service department and we'll do everything we can to take care of you. Long story short just a few days later I was over at Imperial Chevrolet with my ford we went out with a technician and then decided to take a look at some cars since I was already there anyways. The first car I looked at was a used 2015 Chevy Cruze LTZ black with black/brown two tone leather interior; the thing had all of the bells and whistles but I told myself there was no way I could afford that as I was going to be upside down from my ford as it is. So we looked around at a few other cars and Scott told me we could go take the car I fell in love with out for a test drive if I wanted. Well after that I didn't want to leave the dealership without that car. I went into the finance office with the glass half empty for sure... well Ahmad had my back that's for sure. Just when I doubted these two they showed me that they would take care of it! Well guess what I left that night with the car that I belonged in :) I am so unbelievably happy with not only my experience but also my vehicle! Feels good to be driving in something that I'm not embarrassed of and most of all something that is safe and reliable.
