Simply amazing I went into imperial Chevrolet with the hopes of buying a new Cruze. I was greeted by my salesman Jake Kral and from the moment he greeted me I felt a I went into imperial Chevrolet with the hopes of buying a new Cruze. I was greeted by my salesman Jake Kral and from the moment he greeted me I felt at ease. He asked me important questions about my needs and wants and actually listened to what I had to say. Not once did he interrupt me or tell me I don't need this or that, like I've dealt with in past situations, and found me the perfect car. After the test drive it came down to the moment of truth, price. EASIEST thing I've been through in in any buying experience EVER. Jake explained what rebates I qualified for and appraised my trade. We were still a little bit off so Tim came over and Jake explained the situation. A few moments later the numbers fit like a glove. It was a busy Saturday so instead of just letting me wait and stew on what just transpired Bruce offered me a gift card to the diner on the lot so I could get lunch. WHO ELSE DOES THAT!?! The food was delicious and once I came back it was time to meet with Ahmad to go over the final payments. Ahmad explained everything clearly and thoroughly so there was no gray areas. All in all I had a great experience and I LOVE my Chevy Cruze!! Thank you Bruce, Timmy. Ahmad, and Jake for making it a great experience. My line of work requires me to see a lot of people and if anyone asks me where I purchased my car without a hesitation I will say Imperial!! More
