I am loyal customer since 2015 and have been buying cars and trucks here. I have purchased a 2015, 2017,2018,2019 Camry. Today I returned to this dealership in McDonough after approval last night talking wi and trucks here. I have purchased a 2015, 2017,2018,2019 Camry. Today I returned to this dealership in McDonough after approval last night talking with Derrick mixon got with Ahmad Ali and Neal Williams to pick out my nice new truck and was told they couldn’t work the deal I drive from Warner Robins bypassing Lowe Toyota and butler Toyota just to get disappointed by this new staff More

Great experience and customer service. The moment my family and I entered this dealership we were greeted right away. I asked to speak with Kelvin Walker and was immediately taken to him. K The moment my family and I entered this dealership we were greeted right away. I asked to speak with Kelvin Walker and was immediately taken to him. Kelvin already had everything ready to go for us. We spent time with Ahmad Ali where he showed us the vehicle and gladly answered all of our questions, concerns, and all detail explanation of what Toyota included with this purchase. We then met William Mason. (Thank you again for your service. We appreciate it.) William was great as well. We disused all options and he went thru everything to make sure we understood. We did not get a chance to personally meet John Gliem but we shared information prior to our visit. Keep in mind that we arrived after the Dealership had closed. Kelvin said that is no problem at all. They would stay, wait on us and handle everything to our satisfaction. Not once, was there a signal or a hit that anybody was in a hurry for us to leave. At the contrary, they made sure to make us feel right at home. Thank you to all of you. Merry Christmas and Happy New Years from the Rodriguez Family. More
