Kelvin already had everything ready to go for us. We spent time with Ahmad Ali where he showed us the vehicle and gladly answered all of our questions, concerns, and all detail explanation of what Toyota included with this purchase. We then met William Mason. (Thank you again for your service. We appreciate it.) William was great as well. We disused all options and he went thru everything to make sure we understood. We did not get a chance to personally meet John Gliem but we shared information prior to our visit. Keep in mind that we arrived after the Dealership had closed. Kelvin said that is no problem at all. They would stay, wait on us and handle everything to our satisfaction. Not once, was there a signal or a hit that anybody was in a hurry for us to leave. I was displeased with her service and will never ever deal with her upon visiting the dealership again. I had a minor issue with my car and just needed assistance.When I walked in several employees walked passed me including her and then I was finally asked 5 minutes later if I needed help. According to Jim Ellis Toyota of McDonough they aim to treat their customers as family and satisfy customer needs however she made me feel like I was being a burden on her since it was the end of the day.Despite this I was helped by Mr. Ali who is obviously committed to the mission and vision of Jim Ellis. He graciously helped me and made my experience much better.Kudos to him! More
