There are plenty of staff members and they work as a team; friendly with customers and each other. Funny to say that I live in Illinois but chose Van Buick in Scottsdale AZ to return to. I just leased my 3rd Buick Encore GX from them. My sales professional, Ahmed, made it really easy for me to work out a deal. There was no pressure at any point along the way; in fact, I felt empowered to be the one leading the details. Ahmed was very polite, upbeat, energetic, and knowledgeable. I felt I was in good hands.
