They have many poor reviews elsewhere, which I should've checked in retrospect prior to even contacting them, but fortunately I got out and feel like that was the best decision for me to not purchase from this dealership because of the way I was treated. in addition, no one really seemed to care about the problems. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Van Chevrolet called us days after our purchase to say we owe additional money on a lease. They threatened to Not register our new Car and Not pay off the old car if we did not return the car or pay the difference. Now 4 weeks later they have not contacted the lease company so, we are getting calls to pay for a Vehicle that we do not own. We have called Van multiple times and they WILL NOT HELP US! They did not credit our down payment either. But, we disputed the charge with the CC. Crooks! More
