Suckered load used car price was not as verbally discussed high pressure wrong car fax shown sales manager very rude general manager just as rude issue w load used car price was not as verbally discussed high pressure wrong car fax shown sales manager very rude general manager just as rude issue with truck was never taken care of just tried to get me to legally buy the truck instead of let me leave like i wanted never tried to work with me when i brought up all these problems felt like i got robbed when i was able to leave dealership never was given a temp tag on vehicle never was over nighted a temp tag paid extreme money for truck that wasn't certified couldn't get out of sale once all this problems were found never took any responsibility of problems with truck treated court harassed me on my phone and work phone(which was never given) never gave documents of contract or any signed papers till i picked up truck and issues documented with truck went missing More

Great deal ... Great service Was reluctant to purchase a new Ford as I have had two bad experiences trying to buy an Explorer over the last two years at other dealers. They made me a deal that was incredible at year end for 2014 and at the last minute I backed out. Two weeks later almost mid January I called salesman Ahmed back and asked if the deal was still available and he honored it. I even checked the deal with another dealer and they told me not to refuse it. Additionally they didn't pressure me and Ahmed's service and follow up was incredible. If you call to speak with him and leave a message he responds promptly. More

New Age Dealership By far the best experience I had with a dealership, no 80s sales guide. after a few minute chat with Tom i made a decision to get in the car and go ch By far the best experience I had with a dealership, no 80s sales guide. after a few minute chat with Tom i made a decision to get in the car and go check it out, have to admit i already was introduced by a friend who purchased from same dealer and was very happy, however until you experience yourself you will not fully understand how easy and hustle free to purchase a car from Koons of Baltimore, they staff was friendly and worked as a team to get me in and out with best deal and car, Ahmed was great not only during the visit but by following up and going out of his way to retrieve my EZ pass that i forgot in a rental car and only emailed upon my return to NY at midnight. Kudos, keep up the good work, had to tell everyone in the office about my experience and i am not easy to please More

Excellent Experience I purchased a CMAX, sight unseen in 2013. I live over an hour and a half away so I was very hesitant on this type of important purchase especially si I purchased a CMAX, sight unseen in 2013. I live over an hour and a half away so I was very hesitant on this type of important purchase especially since I don't have a expendable income and my budget is tight. I also haven't had a car payment in over 5 years so I was very nervous. Koons was wonderful and the best car buying experience I have ever had. So when it came to purchasing a second vehicle for expanding drivers in my family I didn't hesitate coming back to Koons. Both purchases I were wonderful experiences and I wouldn't hesitate to go back. More

Long Distance Purchase I live in central FL, and just recently purchased a new Focus Electric from Ahmed Baroud, at Koons Baltimore Ford, over 700 miles away. All I can say I live in central FL, and just recently purchased a new Focus Electric from Ahmed Baroud, at Koons Baltimore Ford, over 700 miles away. All I can say is, the process could not have gone any smoother. I tried several local dealerships, and once I found the car was not available locally, offered to pay for shipping or pick it up and trailer it home. I received many blank stares, and NO callbacks. I was honestly quite upset at the lack of service from the local sales outlets. As a last ditch effort, I found the particular car I wanted at Koons, and contacted Ahmed Baroud. Ahmed was exceptionally polite and courteous in each of many phone conversations, and made every return callback that was promised. He answered each and every question I presented. He gave me the confidence to pursue a deal I would not have otherwise, buying a car site unseen from so far away. The day I arrived to pick up my car, absolutely everything was just as promised and stated, and there was not even the slightest bit of surprise. I could not rate the experience any higher, and would wholeheartedly recommend anyone considering such a transaction to give this dealership, and Ahmed in particular, a try. Go in like I did, thinking that any shortcomings or surprises would negate the deal, and you, like I, will leave with your vehicle. More

They were very helpful and understanding. He anwsered every question that I had for him and he also went out of his way to make sure I was happy. If I was to buy another car I would go back to Koons Ford every question that I had for him and he also went out of his way to make sure I was happy.
