Ahmed makes the process of selecting and locating the car with the options you desire seamless. You walk out feeling happy instead of ripped off. One other thing I appreciate is the communication. He is quick to respond to e-mails and responds to each inquiry thoroughly. There is nothing worse than waiting for someone to get back to you when you're the customer. If there are any rewards or recognition programs at Herb Chambers, I hope he gets one! I've bought cars at the Herb Chambers Mercedes and Herb Chambers Infiniti dealerships as well and my experiences with Ahmed are the best out of all of them. More

Turning a negative to positive We came to the Herb Chambers Commonwealth Ave store originally due to a used BMW 328xd that we found via the internet. We made and appointment to look at the car and drove 2.5 hours from our home in New Hampshire to see it. On our arrival we were informed that the car we were scheduled to see had been sold the day prior and "someone should've called you." Ahmed Jabrane was given the unhappy duty of breaking this news to us even though it was not his issue. From that moment he went the extra mile to make us feel welcome and to search for a solution. Within a couple of days he located an even better used car for us and took us through the purchasing process. He made us comfortable and worked every detail in a thoroughly professional manner. We have never had a finer car buying experience. Ahmed has been attentive to our needs and anticipated things we had not thought of. I would return to him without question to purchase another car or to recommend him anyone considering a BMW. We have BMW dealers in New Hampshire, but I would by-pass them in order to again do business with Ahmed. He took a rather painful uncomfortable situation and made it right--he made it better than right. Ahmed Jabrane is a great asset to the Herb Chambers family, and I would urge that he be recognized for the skilled client advisor that he is.
