"Client service attitude stinks"

The moment we walked in the dealership the service reoresentative had a poor attitude. No service appointment noted, no loaner car, replacement part not on warranty. It went downhill from there. The sales manager delivered the loaner car after I complained, and felt he had just delivered an Olympic Gold medal. Much easier to just go to BMW Sudbury or give Mercedes Benz or Lexus your business.

"Great experience, great deal"
Brought my M4 leased from another dealer after the other dealer gave me the runaround. Got a deal done on a new M3 within 45m for a great price and low pressure experience. Everything could not have been easier. Would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a BMW, the entire staff was incredibly friendly.
