I was disappointed in the sales management practice, however, of including extra services on the initial purchase agreement which were never discussed previously. I also did not enjoy having to listen to the extra cost warranty sales pitch by two (also very friendly) different Finance folks. So five stars for Aidan and three stars for Mazda of Troy. I would recommend the dealership with reservations. More
