Been working w this dealership for 20+ years and every experience has been excellent! The sales people are honest, knowledgeable and never pushy….which makes Douglas VW stand apart in my opinion. My pre experience has been excellent! The sales people are honest, knowledgeable and never pushy….which makes Douglas VW stand apart in my opinion. My previous salesperson retired, so I worked w Aiden and Andrew. Both with excellent. Ultimately I closed the deal w Andrew and he made the process seamless, efficient and enjoyable. Even with my 7 yo daughter along he was kind to her and understanding of what my goals were. Thank you to Andrew and to the team at Douglass VW! More
