Went way downhill. I was a 17 year customer, but after a year and a half of asking them the repair the same problems with my truck, they wouldn't because my year warran I was a 17 year customer, but after a year and a half of asking them the repair the same problems with my truck, they wouldn't because my year warranty had expired. Gave me a suggested resolution, waited 6 weeks to hear back. Then to put the icing on the cake, today I find out they kept the lug tool from my after market rims and I can't even change a flat until I buy a new tool. I will NEVER go back!! More
